The Medicine Hat Police Service continues to seek public assistance in locating 46-year-old Chad LENTZ, a Medicine Hat man who is currently wanted on numerous outstanding Canada wide warrants. 

On January 13, 2026, members of the Medicine Hat Police Service executed a search warrant at a commercial business in the 200 block of 3 Street NE in Redcliff, Alberta, as part of an ongoing investigation into the whereabouts of Chad LENTZ. The warrant was executed with the assistance of the RCMP and the MHPS Tactical Units. The investigation remains ongoing.

Police believe that LENTZ may be actively attempting to avoid detection by altering his appearance, including wearing disguises.

Chad LENTZ is described as a white male, approximately 5’11” (180 cm) tall, weighing 185 lbs (84 kg), with a shaved head, blue eyes, and multiple tattoos on his arms and body.

Anyone with information that may assist police in locating Chad LENTZ is asked to contact the Medicine Hat Police Service at 403-529-8481.
